However, if you feel the service, you purchased is not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.
Returned items must be unused, and in the original packaging. we also charge 20% restocking fees.
We don’t refund Istar products purchased from other dealers.
Also, note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But our payment processor or your financial institution can take up to 2 weeks for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
